Survey: Use of Cannabinoids (CBD) in Cats and Dogs

You are kindly invited to complete the survey on the use of cannabinoids (CBD) in cats and dogs. The Veterinary Faculty Clinic for Small Animals wants to explore the possibility of using cannabinoids in the treatment of certain diseases of cats and dogs. The results of the survey will help us design further studies on the use of CBD in cats and dogs.
It will take you about two minutes to complete the survey. The survey is anonymous. The data will be treated confidentially and used for general analysis.
